What is the best route from the airport?
Via rapida towards Funchal City, exiting in Ribieira Brava that is after Funchal. Main route Ribeira Brava to Ponta do Sol. After arriving to Ponta do Sol go up hill to Canhas. Casa do Retiro is located asside 'Monumento de Santa Teresa".
